AcroCamp Barcelona for Easter is 5 days of AcroYoga, dance, yoga, vertical and Thai massage in nature. The main focus of the AcroCamp is acroyoga and we will also explore how other types of bodywork will bring fluidity and awareness to acrobatics.

This retreat is for beginners as well as advanced, with vegetarian food, swimming pool and sauna at night.

ACCOMMODATION & FOOD
The Omshanti retreat center has been hosting groups for 11 years to make them feel at home. It is in nature, with a large practice room of 144 square meters with lots of light and views of the Montseny Natural Park. Enjoy the swimming pool, the lawn and the sauna.
The food is bio, vegetarian and delicious, with free buffet service plus fruits, nuts and infusion all day.
