Washing Machines are so 2016—2017 is the year of the Training Machine! How we flow from one pose to the next can feel super graceful or like a total wreck. Let’s strive for grace by building on ease and (re)learning how to refine transitions and flow in our partnerships. We’ll break down some machines designed to make you smarter, stronger acrobats, where we either work together or fall apart! Like smart acrobats, we train smarter by ending with some gentle therapeutics to sustain the body.
