The Capital Flight Festival is a mid-Atlantic gathering of rock star AcroYoga teachers and practitioners from all over the world. The event meets September 9-11, 2016 in Washington D.C. to celebrate the unique offerings and Acro styles from AcroYoga, AcroYoga Montreal, AcroRevolution, YogaSlackers, Dutch Acro, Thai Massage, and everything in-between! During the weekend, you will choose from over 20 classes taught by teachers from all over North America – this event will include some jam time, a variety show, and fun with over 100 of your new best friends!

Capital Flight Festival’s mission is to foster joy, mindfulness, and kinship through acrobatic play, healing arts, and partner yoga. We strive to be an inclusive and welcoming playground for everyone interested in the practice from the brand newbie or seasoned practitioner.
