The Acro Van is coming to Little Rock and we want to play with you!

We are renting an amazing house, aka The Vansion, where we are going to be hosting an epic, weekend-long festival full of workshops, fun, friends and all of the acrobatics!

Each day will start with a short yoga flow that will awaken our bodies and smoothly transition us into more dynamic acro, both L-base and standing, as well as some that combines the two! Get ready to be immersed in new, creative material including super fun pops, graceful dance lifts, exciting and safe 3-high calibrations, helpful hand to hand hints, and more! In between instruction, we will be providing nourishing snacks, refreshing spa water, and tons of fun circus toys to play with! We will also have our aerial rig and spotting belt set up throughout the weekend, so that we can safely spot and train more dynamic, higher level skills on a more individualized basis.

All material will be taught in logical progressions to ensure that there is something attainable, yet challenging, for all levels! No experience needed!
