I started attending AcroYoga classes/workshops about two years ago and instantly fell in love. Acro is an excellent way to engage with people – I have had the privilege of developing fulfilling friendships with those I have met through it.

As of late I have taken the time to try arrange AcroYoga play dates within local parks here in Johannesburg in an effort to build a bigger South African Acro-community as well as making Acro more accessible to anyone who is interested.
