I can describe myself as a throat singer, songwriter, experimental sportsman, Aikidoka and innovative AcroYoga teacher.

Since 2001, I have settled in Belgium – my 3rd country after the Soviet Union and Russian Federation. Originally from a huge city of Moscow, it was a whole process for me of understanding and adapting – for the 3rd time – to a different culture of a tiny country. That background, combined with my dedication to understanding how things function, love for moving and doing, and my deep connection with different kinds of arts, led me to multidimensional sports, such as Aikido and AcroYoga.

In general, my typical features are detecting simplicity in most complicated processes, looking for ways to guide others in clear steps and, especially, my natural addiction of breaking down the ice with humor and optimism.
